From a book of Cameron County, PA history, published in 1990, there is a listing for John Bucher, lived in lower Paxton Township in Dauphin Co., PA, on October 10, 1817. Brother to my great grandfather, James Ronald Bucher who was born in Findley, Lindley, or Painted Post, NY. Could this be the same person you are seeking information on? Joanne
