Found her as Dove BUCHANAN, 1900 Census, Mitchell Co. Roaring Creek twp. listed with her 2 sons, also as being Single.
Dove's son Luther listed his parents on his Marriage Application as Father: R.L. BUCHANAN, Mother: Dovie HUGHES.
Dove's son Donald "Bracknell" on his Social Security Application listed his parents as Father: William G. BUCHANAN, Mother: Dovie SPARKS, also listed as William G. BUCHANAN & Dovie SPARKS in the Family Bible??
Who was Dove? Who were her parents??
1900 Mitchell Co. N.C. Toe River twp., Bracknell was listed as nephew of John Calvin BUCHANAN.
It was also said that the boys had lived with Aunt Tame (Mrs. LeeRoy) WRIGHT, before being sent to WA./OR where Uncle Calvin BUCHANAN had moved??
