Hi Guys, I am the 3x greatgrandaughter of Eppa. Peyton m. Melona Abbott was my great great grandparents. Looney m. Ella Lugar was my great grandfather, Ainnah Mason was my grandfather. There are no remaining males from this line to have tested. Ainnah had a couple brothers who had children but I never met them and don't know if they are even still alive, or if they had children. I don't know about Peyton's other siblings (Thomas, Edmund and I forget the other, you know they were orphaned), where they branched off to. I can't get any further back than Eppa's marriage in 1820. Are you saying this line is of the Jaques Briand line? I have been trying to find out the ethnic heritage of my Bryants as my father didn't seem to know. I spoke once with an elderly lady in Roanoke who had been adopted into the Bryant family and she said they were Welsh. Any advice or is there anyway I could help?
