Their is also a Samuel Bryant(1782-?) in that same census, district 19, Jackson Co. Alabama. His father was William(1752 or 62) born in Rowan, North Carolina, who shows up in the 1840 census for Jackson Co. Could they be related? DeRoy Bryant
