"Wayne Co., Kentucky Court Term - Reaffirmed and recorded May 1801 pgs 4-7 - 8 Dec 1800 Morgan Bryan and Mary Nealy, his wife, of Henry Co., Kentucky for 175 pounds current money to Andrew McGown two tracts or parcels containing 400 acres land granted by virtue of Military Warrants #3183, #3184, #3217, #3223 survey 6 Oct. 1790 in district set apart for officers and soldiers of Virginia state line on south side of Cumberland river in County of Green (Wayne Co would have been part of Green Co, Ky in 1790) on Licking Creek.
