I am descended from John Bruner who became afiliated with the Moravians at the end of the 1700's. He came to my home town of Hope, Indiana, from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, then a Moravian settlement to join the Moravian Economy that had been formed at Hope. I understand that there were Bruners from the area of Bethlehem, Pa, who were also Moravian, but I don't know anything specific concerning them. I could give you specific information on our group if it would help you. I'd be interested in hearing more about the earlier Bruner connections to the Moravians as it might help me trace my line back farther. Presently, I am stuck.

Forrest
