I'm trying to find out more information regarding 1) Mahala Brumfield who married I believe a John Haney from Carter Co. KY. John was born abt 1793-5. I'm trying to find out how and if she is related to an Elizabeth Brumfield widow of a James Brumfield. Elizabeth was born in 1806 in VA I believe. She then marries a Samuel Haney and moves to Wabash Co. IL in 1843.
