It appears William may have married second Catherine Robards (Roberts)on 13 June 1818. If so it would appear from census records that he and Mary probably had only 4 children; 3 sons and a daughter. Merriman and John do seem to be likely candidates as his children; they fit the census records for the ages of his two eldest sons.
As far as Mary who married Jacob Meeker and Jefferson I have no record of these individuals in any data I have. If Mary is their daughter it would appear she was born about 1804 according to census records.
Robert could be another son; his age fits the census. The only Robert I have born in 1814 was born in Ohio and married 10 December 1829 in Union Co, Indiana to Mary Ann Drook (Druck). Could his wife be the Mary Brumfield referred to as a witness. He is in Wayne Co, Indiana in 1850 and Grant Co, Indiana in 1880.
