Edward A. Brumbelow born ca 1675 and Mary had son Edward Isaac Brumbelow in Va.
Edward Isaac Brumbelow born Nov 13 1710 and Mary had son Isaac Brumbelow in Va.
Isaac Brumbelow born Jan 13 1743/1744 and Elizabeth had son
John Brumbelow born July 13 1788 in NC
John Brumbelow born July 13 1788 and Neoma appear in 1820 Census Franklin County Tn. They appear in 1830 McNairy County Tn. Census. In 1840 John appears in Carroll County Ark. Census without Neoma as she was deceased prior to 1840 Census. His neighbor is son John Brumbelow Jr. with his wife Louisa A.Petty.
In 1850 Carroll County Ark. Census John Brumbelow Sr. has remarried a Mary and in home is his and Neoma son Andrew J. and he and Marys' daughter Rutha. His neighbor is again his son John Jr. and wife Louisa with children Lucinda 8, Martha 7, Catherine 5, Abram 4, Cyntha 3, Mary 2, and John age 7 months meaning born April 1850(later census records show his age not same).
In 1860 John Brumbelow Sr. and Mary enumerated in Johnson County Tx.
In 1860 John Brumbelow Jr. and Louisa enumerated in Hunt County Tx with children and new additions to children are Lavinia 6, Celia J. 4, and Andrew J. 2.
In 1870 Hunt County Tx. Johnathn W.(Brumlew per census) Brumbelow Sr. age 90 is enumerated and says born Ms., shows Easter as keeping house so assume wife number 3 unless this is Mary age 50. Also in home is James a 3 year old male.
As before John Brumbelow Sr. is a neighbor to son John Jr. He is enumerated as Johnathan W.(Brumlew per census)with wife Lucy A. Brumbelow and children Vilena(sp) 12, Mahala M. 10, Nathaniel 7, Andrew 18(?),Celia J. 13, Wilsen 11, and Hester E. 9.
In 1880 Hunt County Census John W. Brumbelow enumerated with daughter Celia Jane and her son Wesley Brumbelow. Do not know if/or who Celia married first if she did, but living in same household is her future husband Matthew Perkins.
Their neighbor is John Brumbelow Jr. son John and his wife Cammella and daughter Catherine. I believe Gina Patterson gives Cammellas' name to be Cammella Liddie Box.
