Name BRUMBELOE in 1860 Census
Posted by: Paul Hennigan (ID *****4238) Date: November 25, 2003 at 17:14:50

I only found one family using this spelling in 1860 and was in Georgia, Polk County, Van West P.O. This family was James P. Brumbeloe 48 m w Ga., Lorenia B. 42 f w Ga., all children born Ga. They were Cicero L. 18 m w, Jerusia A. 16 f w, Elizabeth E. 15 f w, James W. 7 m w, Lela C. 6 f w, Jennetta C. 3 f w, and Isaac N. 1 m w. This concludes these families using all combinations of spellings i could fabricate. I am sure i missed some, but a good start.
