Brumbelow 42 m w Tn., M.A. 27 f w Ga., S.J. 10 f w Ga., W.J. 8 m w Ga., Martha 3 f w Ga., and S.E. 1 f w Ga. Still in Cobb County, Lost Mountain P.O., is Jackson Brumbelow 44 m w Tn., J.M. 36 f w Ga., J.J. 15 m w Ga., J.W. 12 m w Ga., B.M. 10 m w Ga., and W.Y. 9 m w Ga. Then in Taylor County, Reynolds P.O. is Cornelius Brumbelow 23 m w Ga., Mary J.L. 22 f w Ga., Tabitha A.E. 1 f w Ga., Luizer P. Denson 17 f w Ga., Young M.J. Denson 1 m w Ga., Jane Denson 55 f w Ga., Maranda H. Denson 17 f w Ga., and James A.E. Denson 1 m w Ga. From the description of their type of work, it seems Cornelius is running a brothel. In Spalding County Griffin P.O., Africa District i find Lydia Brumbelow 14 f w Ga. living in the home of K.O. Huckaby 36 m w Ga., Nancy 31 f w Ga., Charles L. 9 m w Ga., William A. 7 m w Ga., and Sarah E. Huckaby 4 f w Ga. Then in 1860 Texas, Johnson County, Buchannon P.O., i find John Brumbelow 73 m w NC, and Mary Brumbelow 55 f w SC. In Hunt County, Shiloh P.O., I find John Brumbelow 39 m w Ark., Louisa 38 f w Ark., and all children born ARK., they being Martha 16 fw, Abram 14 m w, Cynthia 12 f w, Mary 10 f w,John 8 m w, Lavinia 6 f w, Celia J. 4 f w, and Andrew J. 2 m w. Living next home is Andrew J. Brumbelow 28 m w Tn., Nancilou J. 23 f w Tn., and Violina 1 f w. These are all the families i could locate with surname spelled BRUMBELOW IN 1860.
