Lidda Brumbelow and Thomas Bishop had children. I found Thomas D. Bishop as the "Head of Household" in the 1820 Jackson County Census. He is listed. Also a female in his household. The two families next to him are Elizabeth Bishop and Edward Brumbelow.
Then I have Thomas D. and spouse (Lidda) living in Monroe County in 1830 with 1 male under 5, 1 male 5-10 (my William L. I assume) 1 male 30-40 (Thomas D. Bishop) and 1 female under 5, 1 female 5-10 and 1 female 30-40 (Lidda)...... Clabourn Bishop was married by this time to Nancy Brumbelow and in Campbell County in 1830. His household is listed as: 1 male 20-30 (Clabourn), 1 female under 5 and 1 female 20-30 (Nancy). By 1840, Thomas was in Upson County..... Thomas D. Bishop: 2 males under 5, 1 male 10-15, 1 male 15 to 20 (William L.?), 1 male 40-50 (Thomas)...1 female 5 to 10, 1 female 15-20, 1 female 20-30 and 1 female 40-50 (Lidda). Clabourn and Nancy were in Cobb County in 1840, living next to the Joseph Power family.... Then 1850, Thomas and Lidda are gone..... I believe that they died... their children dispersed to relatives to live.... William L. Bishop went to live with his Uncle Clabourne and Aunt Nancy in Cobb County where he married "the girl next door" Kiziah Power, daughter of Joseph and Isabella Power, c.1844.
I need to be able to proove that Thomas D. Bishop and Clabourn Bishop were brothers.... I need to know their relationship with Elizabeth Bishop from the c.1820 Census of Jackson County.... Any help would be appreciated! Sincerely Ben Bishop, Marietta, GA.
