Found a newspaper article in Lumpkin Co.,Ga. dated 1 April 1910 about the murder of Jim Bruce. It states that Jim Bruce of Dawson Co.,Ga. went to Lumpkin Co.,Ga. to visit his friend, Lewis Gaddis. They got into an argument and Gaddis stabed Bruce twice and Bruce died on the spot. Does anyone have any information on the outcome of this case and who was the parents of Lewis Gaddis? Any information would be appreciated.
