If I understand you correctly, all three works were by the same researcher? Have you found anything else to agree with his opinions? I've noted that Robert I having Norman origins connecting back to Earls of Orkney had several different sources. None of which, I might add, are exactly ironclad, but they do complement each other. I don't have access to the books you mentioned myself, is there any way you could find to share pertinent parts of the books? Anything would be a help--thanks.
