Ruth Brownlow was born 1898 in Springfield, MO. Her father was a saddle manufacturer.She married John B. Blandford.She graduated from the Columbia School of Journalism and spent most her life working for the U.S. State Department. Does any one have any papers that show that she worked for the State Department? Are there any photos of her? Any help would be appreciated. Yes, I have tried getting info from the Federal Government. They are worthless.
