I'm looking for clues . . . and wondering if my gguncle, known as Brown, was named for any particular Brownlow or if a family connection exists. He was b. 1898, son of Richard Howerton Hunley and Martha Magnolia McNabb, in either Union or Knox County, Tennessee. It seems a little too late for him to have been named to honor Parson Brownlow. Any thought?
