Charles, I am just interested in finding out if anyone has anymore info on the Brownlow ancestry, other than Mrs. Helmsholz's letter. I also have her information and appreciated it very much. I am hoping that someone will have found definite data that will "prove" the James and John relationship. Which Giles Co. Brownlow line are you descended from? Contact me at rbrowning@harding.edu. I use a computer in an office on campus as I don't have email on my home computer.
