Wright Browning is also my 2nd great grandfather, I too am looking for information on his life before coming to Georgia. My great grandmother was Mary Matilda (Browning) Spell she married George W. Spell. My grandfather Joseph John Spell he was one of their children. George and Mary Matilda (Browning)Spell are buried in the Fender Cemetery along with Wright and Mary (Fender) Browning, in Lanier County, Georgia. Mary (Fender) Browning's father David and mother Mary (Heirs) Fender are also buried there.
