Is there anyone who might be able to shed some light on this womans death and burial?
She m. John Marshall Wood on 1st. of Jan., 1866 at her home
in Bracken Co., Ky.
Marriage performed by John B. Worthington,elder of Christian Church.
Her children were;
Jim Wood,Lloyd Wood,Willis Wood,Fannie Wood and Albert Wood.
Fannie, is my line. She was my paternal Grandmother,who m.
John Thomas Crupper,Ellis Kitterman and Hendrix (Hank) Worthington.
Rebecca, is shown on the 1880 census,Ozark ,Anderson Co., Ks. and Albert is about 8 months old---so she did not die in childbirth as has been said.
Believe she might have d. at the end of the year or in 1882/3 but cannot find out where she is buried.
Did they leave Ks. and go back to Kentucky and she died there or did she really die in Kansas?
Surely someone has old letters or something that might help me to find her.
Thank you, for any help and will exchange inf. gladly.
In Friendship, Carlene Wright
