Hi Rona: I have nothing on the Browning family, but I am connected to an Esther Smith, B. abt 1838 in Lower Gornal and the d/o a William and Mary Smith. I think William Smith was a shoemaker. Esther married a William Briscoe Colmer and lived in the Kingswinford area. They had 3 children including my G/F Isaac Colmer. After William Colmer died in 1887, Esther came to the US and remarried 2x. I do not know if I have contacted you in the past, or not? Might you have any info on this Smith family? Thanks,
