I have found Samuel Browning (1796) along with his wife, Elizabeth, (1791) both born Cheltenham on both the 1841 & 1851 censuses.
They were living in Cheltenham.
On both of these there is WALTER JOHNSON born approximately 1833. On the 1851 census it says that he was born in Oxford and on the 1841 that he was born in the county of Gloucestershire although it does have a + by it.
Does anyone know who this Walter Johnson may have been, please?
Could he have been Samuel and Elizabeth's grandson, perhaps or Elizabeth's son before she married Samuel?
Any ideas?
Thanks for reading this.
