The children, John T and Mary C Brown, are two of the three children of Stephen Brown b 1813 OH. The third child of Stephen Brown is Merritt Swaney Brown 1843. I cannot find Merritt Swaney Brown in 1850 census.
In my Merritt line I have Jane Merritt 178? married to ___Brown (I think Daniel). My questions are
Is the Jane Brown in the 1850 Knox Census my Jane Merritt Brown? Can anyone identify this Jane Brown?
Is the Jane Brown in the 1850 Census the mother of Stephen Brown 1813 and grandmother of Merritt Swaney Brown 1843 and his two siblings (children of Stephen)?
Does anyone have the parents of Stephen Brown 1813 OH?
Does anyone have the parents of Robert Brown 1822 who married Hester Doty who had a son Luther Swaney Brown? (This is another Brown line in my Merritt tree with similar "Swaney" names.)
