Does anyone know the Brown line/lineages of the John & Thomas Brown killed in the Battle of Wyoming massacre in 1778? Were this John and Thomas Brown related? If so, how?

Does anyone which brownsociety.org family[DNA]group # this John & Thomas Brown belonged to? Does anyone have any additional information on this/these Brown lines or who the relatives[parents, children & spouces]of them were?
