Hello does anyone have information on my gg grandfather Simon Brown, 1826-1905 Lamar PA. I can't figure out who Simon's parents were. This is what I know, Marriage to Mary "Polly" Yeager 1847, children Mary Jane Brown 1845, Amanda Brown Kreidler(my great grandma), Annie Brown 1862. Simon has his brother living with him in the 1880 Census William Brown born 1824. It looks like William's son David Married Simon's daughter Annie. (Kissing cousins) I found a court case on Simon's nephew Adam Bethlehem being a pauper. Maybe Simon had a sister Sarah?

Simon's grave marker is at Cedar Hill Cemetery, He was a civil war vet, Enlisted in CO H, 16th Regiment PA infantry when he returned home after the war his Daughter Amanda saw him coming and ran to meet him up the lane, Amanda told to her granddaughter(my aunt)of the home coming and how excited she was to see her dad.
Any help would be much appreciated.
