Ok I have a tough search my grand father was adopted by a Buzz Burleson figure Buzz is nickname. But I have found out his mother was Elizabeth Brown and she gave him up to Buzz when he was born. His name was Thomas Eckerson Burleson he went by Eck Burleson. But I found out his mother kept his siblings so they would be his sister and brothers. Their names were
Rosey Brown (this was my aunt rosie and remember visiting her as a child. Brown is her maiden name not sure about what her name was after she married.)
There was also a Robery Brown and mom said there was another boy but she didnt remember his name.
She says Rosie and Elizabeth are both buried in Alabama and remembers Elizabeth's grave was just a stone with her name on it Elizabeth Brown.
I would soooo love to find out who his family was before mom passes on she is getting on in her age and she has always said she was curious since Grandpa took her to Elizabeth's grave site before he passed away.
