Buckingham Browne, Essex Co., VA d Feb 1733/4

Does anyone reading this message board happen to have the terms of the will of Buckingham Browne?

It is at Will Book 5, p 344; signed 15 Jun 1733, probated 19 Aug 1734. From an abstract, it refers to wife Eliza, son Samuel, dau Eliza, son Elias, dau Dorothy Brown, son James Brown and dau Mary.

I am interested in the language of each bequest or devise (that is, not just the names, but what they received).

I also have seen a reference to his receiving a patent for 1265 acres in 1719, but cannot find it on the Library of Virginia website. Does anyone have an exact date and book and page reference? [The 1704 Quit Rent Roll shows 400 acres; and the 1715 Quit Rent shows 596 acres.]

Thanks.
