I took a little more time and looked up some of your information. You have a lot of correct dates, but a lot of information is not correct. I have been working on this family for many years. I also had the pleasure of knowing the family, as I lived with them for so long. Walter Fletcher Brown was a Baptist minister & a carpenter. His brother John is burried in Union Cem. here in Bakersfield, Ca. He fought in the Spainish American War and is in the vet. section. Both Walter & Maudie are also burried at Union cem. Next to their son Hershel (Tom), my husband Tommy his brother Donald and our daughter. If you are interested, I do have a lot of information and would love to share. My email is jbrown11@bak.rr.com.
Thank you
Janie
