Our information places him as the son of Jacobus Brouwer and Anneyte Bogardus, daughter of William Bogardus. Information I have seen on the internet does not include him in this family. Our papers also list a marriage on January 7, 1713 to Franchie Parden. Could this actually be Verdon or Vardon? Does anyone have more information on this?
