Do you have any other info on Charles Brower? I have a Charles Brower, brother to my gr. grandfather, Thomas J Brower.
Here is the family unit listed on the Saratoga County census for the town of Milton 1870:
Thomas Brower 45, farmer born in Saratoga
Maria, wife, 44 domestic born in Saratoga
Charles 17
Thomas 14
Mary 4
The dates work out, Charles would have been 42 in 1905. I have no idea if this is the Charles you are looking for, but I thought I would pass along the info I have.
