Brower, Hickman, and Bowman (and mine, Flora) are all names from a group of German Baptist Brethren (Dunkards) who settled in Franklin County, VA. Many of them moved to Ohio and Indiana, and established congregations in there.

I don't have much information on the Browers, but I'd like to compare notes.
