I read your e-mail to another family member Connie dated June 12, 1998. I don't have information on the Jeffers or Pettits line other than what you reported to Connie. I was in Kingfisher, Oklahoma two weeks ago and found Henry H. Brower's family there. It appears Henry was married a second time to Georgia A. Rees on March 1, 1905. Henry H. Brower was age 60 and born in Rensselaer County, New York just southeast of Saratoga County, New York.
In your letter to Connie you stated that Tigar Mabb may have been an Indian. This may explain why I could never found a marriage record for her and Jeremiah. Leroy was born in Lewiston, New York near Niagara Falls. My cousin Lorraine Friberg thinks Mabb was also a Dutch name; maybe she was half Dutch/half Indian. I have found nothing on her with Jeremiah Brower.
The Triggs living in Laurens are related to my great grandfather Jacob Jay Triggs. Could you tell me the names of the Triggs that you know that were living in Laurens?
