Janice: Yes, that is the Brower family, I have all of them from Frederick down. And many others. Frederick was a son of Adam and Catherine Fruitt or Pruitt. I have information on the Staleys also , that is Helena's family . I have information from the Putnam Co. Ohio historical on the Browers and Staleys. I was told there were two separate Brower family lines in Randolph Co. N.C. One line came from PA. The other came from New York thru MD and VA. Browers met up with Staleys in MD. and the migrated to NC.The Kecks in Ohio married into the Browers(I have much on them) says the Adam Brower was of the New York Browers.I have not been able to document that I am having trouble to get Adams father for sure.John and Jacob was in NC in 1790. I have Johns will but it doesnt help. Adam is not in it. I also have Adam's will. I have much to share and hope I can make some headway to connect some of the mountains of Browers rightly. Thanks for North Carolina.
