I have in my possession a handwritten note dated April 10,1920, by my husband's ggrandmother Mary Ann Brower in which she states "My grandfather and grandmother Brower died and left four children, Betsey, Fancy (or Fanny) too girls and too boys William and Daniel who was my father he was born in 1794 and was in the war of 1812 he married Esther Ker and they had seven children Joseph William Elizabeth Esephemia ?) Mary A Sarah and Caroline all of Daniel and Esther Brower and all are dead except Mary A Brower. Mary A Brower was twice married first husband was Bastedo he died left one son Wesley then I married Tice and have two children Elizabeth Hall and Andrew Tice." signed Mary A Tice Pedigree
