My maternal grandfather was Erastus Laurance Brower, who married Carrie (Caroline) Leona Carter, a Sioux indian woman. My mother was Opal Caroline Brower, The earliest documented proof of Eurastis is the 1900 Federal Census. He was 37, Carrie was 18 and they were married less than a year. Their children were Opal Caroline Brower, Edward L Brower, and Ellen Brower.

Any connection possibilities? Please let me know.
