From the information that you posted, it *looks* like you’re descended from Abraham Adams Brouwer and his sister Anna, instead of their brother Nicholaes. Both Abraham and Nicholaes had sons named Jeury/Jurge/Jeremiah, (for now, let’s call them all Jeremiah) and both those sons also had sons named Jeremiah.

Nicholaes Adams Brouwer ‘s son Jeremiah was baptized 30 Mar. 1701 at Brooklyn, NY and married Elisabeth Holms (Holmes) at the NY Dutch Reformed Church (NYDRC) in Sept. 1720. He was a miller. They had a son, Jeremiah born in NJ and baptized at Readington in 1733 (Hoffman, pg. 164).

Abraham Adams Brouwer and his wife, Cornelia Colyer (Cornelia Colyer was the sister of Nicholaes Adams Brouwer ‘s wife Jannetje Colyer, so Jeremiah Nicholaes Brouwer and Jeremiah Abrahams Brouwer were double first cousins) had a son Jeremiah, who was also a miller. He married twice: first to Elizabeth Hilton (daughter of his aunt, Anna Adams Brouwer, and her husband William Hilton) on 15 Jan 1726 (intentions 9 Nov. 1725) at the NYDRC and secondly to Geertje (Charity) Stillwell on 24 Oct 1747. Jeremiah Abrahams Brouwer died before mid-November 1785. (Hoffman, pp.96-100) There is a list of the children of Jeremiah Abrahams Brouwer and Elizabeth Hilton on my website at http://www.pipeline.com/~lottman.

Their son, Jeremiah, Jr. married twice: first to Jane Elsworth at NY in 1750, and then at NY in 1757 to Elisabeth van de Water. Jeremiah had 11 children bapt. at the NYDRC (Hoffman, p. 101).

I don’t have the names of those 11 children baptized at the New York Dutch Reformed Church. You might try looking at those records. Eventually, they might be online. Lorine McGinnis Schulze and a group of volunteers is transcribing all the records of the NYDRC from the NYG&BS publications (with their permission) and are posting them online at her website. So far, the marriages have been transcribed have been posted to http://www.rootsweb.com/~ote/rdcmarr.htm and the church members list is being posted to http://www.rootsweb.com/~ote/rdcmembers.htm .

I also have Seaman ancestors. Have you looked at Jim Rubins’ website?
