Ariah Coats Brower was my ggrandfather and his son John Taylor Brower (named after the apostle) was my grandfather. Ariah's parents, were John J. and Fanny Coats. (I found john's middle initial on a deed in Huntsville, OH) Joseph and Leah (John J.'s parents) came from Bergen, NJ according to deed when Joseph purchased property in Phelps.
