My GGrandfather Jeremiah E.Brower left N C and went to Arkansas where became a private in the CSA army Company H.18th Arkansas Infantry. 1860 census shows:
Jeremiah E. Brower 34 NC farmhand
Sarah A 30 Ark. Housewife
Mary E. Ark

1870 census shows:
G E Brower 45 NC
M A 28 Tenn (She was M Agnes Jones)
Mary 14 Ark
Rosana 2 Tex
John A 8/12 Tex
