I'm checking old postings tonight. I have a William Brower, born 1860 in Hempstead, probably Millburn. We have his death certificate with his father listed as Sylvanus, mother Ann Dunbar. William lived in the household of Samuel Tredwell Brower who we think was his older brother. One of William's great grandsons just had his DNA tested and is not a Brower, but likely a Jones. We know definitely that William was his GGrandfather. Do you know anything about Sylvanus Brower, his father was George, mother a Combs.
