Roger on the Y chromosome for female link on direct Brower name.

I was wondering about female id that can be tracked - the mtDNA. Given the geographic concentrations of descendants with large families, the last names that will be changed by marriage and maybe lost in verbal passdown, as well as variations across 10 to 12 generations; is there a possibility of lines moving apart and appearing together in later generations? Or maybe just enough females identifiable nowadays to establish an early Brower female.

Just wondering if there is a female line effort also?
