My name is Paul Joseph Brower. Born in Wichita Falls, Texas in 1949. My father was Paul John Brower Jr. born in Wichita Falls, Texas in June, 1929. His father was Paul John Brower Sr. I do not know his place of birth. I understand he had family in New Orleans, LA and it is rumored that he died in Chicago.
