I have a Jacob Brower that settled in Digby County Nova Scotia as a loyalist. Early historian I. W. Wilson calls him Jacob Breware and the New Loyalist Index calls him Jacob Brewer but he clearly signed his name Brower. He was a single man when he arrived and may have remained single. He was buried at Digby June 24th 1818.
