this couple had these children;
Lucy Brouwer
Anne Brouwer
Roy Brouwer
Metie Brouwer
John Brouwer

This is all that I know about this family except that Jeichien was b. in 1845, her parents were Jan van Dam and Geesje Meinders, and the family came to America in the early 1860's and settled in Alleghan Co., MI.
Jan was the brother of my direct ancestor, Hendrik van Dam who m. Grietje van Norg.
we know much about these two lines, except that the Brouwers are pretty much a mystery, as yet.
