In my database I have Thomas Browder, b. 1779 as the husband of Mary Spain. (I have no other info about Mary or any children they might have had.) Sorry, I did not record my source on this entry.

His father, Thomas Browder, b. about 1850, is the landholder you speak of, who came from Dinwiddie Co. Virginia in 1804. He also obtained land in Green Co. Ohio, and was an original landowner where Jamestown, Ohio now lies. The source of this information was an old Browder Bible, and from a history of Green Co. Ohio written in 1881.

Hope this is some help. Terri
