Marie was born 11 August 1861; her sister Marie Azelie, born 1851 married Zepherin Aucoin.

I might add that Marie was utilized on many daughter, some families in my database had 5 or more daughters, and most had Marie as a part of their name.

Marie was also a name given to some men as well; the name was way of payong homage to Mary (Marie), the mother of Jesus.
