Oscar Louis Broussard was born Oct 15, year unknown

and had several daughters, birth order unknown, except that Etha must have been the last because her mother died shortly after her birth.

I found a Draft Card Registration for a Louis Oscar Broussard. He said he was born Oct 15, 1887, whose home address was Cottonport, LA, said he had a wife and two daughters in Avoyelles Par. June 5th, 1917. I don't know if this is the same person or not. I can't locate this family in the 1920 census.
I can't find a baptism record for him in Fr. Hebert's records either. Brick walls every way I turn!!!
