I can not find your genealogy.com file under Laura W. Nelson. Would you post the link to the site? It does not show up under the index. Also, do you have a working email address? The one posted on this forum does not work.
Your line indeed goes back to Alexandre dit Beausoleil Broussard and Marguerite Thibodeaux. Additionally, you are absolutely correct that Marcelite Broussard was the daughter of Raphael Broussard and Modeste LeBlanc. The church records prove this.
