Colbert,

I have so many questions. I know for sure my great grand father's name was Simeon Broussard b. Feb. 18, 1888 and married to Leontine (Sonnier) Broussard. I know for sure Simeon's father's name was Fiac Broussard b. Aug. 1862 and married to Elomire (LaChaussee) Broussard. My grandmother who is still living has verified this. I think his father was Cyprien Broussard, b. around 1810 married to Pelagie (maybe Meaux?) Broussard. My father said he always thought his great grandfather's name was Felix but my grandmother said Fiac. That's where the Fiac-Felix question came from. If these are one in the same, Cyprien had a son, Felix who would have been born around the same time as "Fiac". But why would Felix become "Fiac"? It doesn't make sense does it? I know you didn't ask for all this but you seem to know a lot and I thought you may have seen some of these names.

Missi
