Yes, that is my Samuel Brougher. I know the family is buried at Filey's. I have had trouble with Lydia's last name though. There is a headstone that reads DDB. This is David D Brougher (1851-1928). (he never had a middle name, just chose the D and went by DD) That is my great grandfater. It is another one of Samuel and Lydia's children. The other stone that reads AFWB is his wife, Elverda Frances Williams Brougher. As for Samuel's parents, I believe they are George and Elizabeth Brougher. I don't have all my info with me right now, but I'd be glad to share with you. Thank you for your message and info :)
