Hi ! I am looking for my birth brother. His name at birth was Allan Brough.I was told he was adopted in which case he may of been given a new name. There is a good chance he was not adopted and I think he may still be called Allan Brough. Our father was Patrick Joseph Brough. Allan was born in 1947 on the 18th April. Time is now getting shorter for us and I need so much to find him. Hopefully he is living somewhere in England, but I do not know for sure. The agency (City of Westminster) will not help me as I live in France. I do have a file no. for him which I write to. I have been searching now for 14 years and do not seem to be getting anywhere. We also have a birth sister who found me 14 years ago.Up to this date I had no idea I had a family somewhere. My date of birth was 1946. I have joined most of the sites that I know are available. Where now !!!!!!
