Known children were Margaret, Nelly and James. The father Thomas Brough died 1834 in Abbeville, SC. The only birthdate I have for any of the children is Margaret who was born 19 Dec 1786 in Scotland and died 28 Nov 1860 in Abbeville (she married Joseph Calhoun Mathews). One of Margaret and Joseph Mathews sons, Thomas Jefferson Mathews, migrated to Pontotoc Co., MS ca. 1852 with his children, William Henry Mathews and John Lewis Mathews. I have no information on Nelly or James Brough, except that James had a son, John Lewis Brough. Notify Administrator about this message?
